Project Overview

As part of the Dhaka Metro Rail (MRT) development, multiple elevated stations, control rooms, ticket counters, platforms, walkways, staircases, and public access zones required high-quality finishing work. Beacon Group partnered with Italian-Thai Development (ITD) to deliver tiles installation, plastering, and painting services that aligned with international construction and aesthetic standards.

Our finishing division played a major role in delivering durable, clean, and visually appealing finishing that matched the public-infrastructure grade requirements of ITD.

Scope of Work Delivered by Beacon Group

✔ 1. Tiles Work – Floor & Wall Installation

Beacon Group provided precision tile installation across various Metro Rail zones:

• Station platforms & passenger waiting areas

• Ticket counters and office floors

• Staircases & escalator landing areas

• Public corridors and connecting bridges

• Staff rooms, control rooms, and service areas

• Washroom wall & floor tiles
